1. Remove the fastener and nut

ignition coil to the mounting bracket
2. Transfer the hardware to the new ignition coil before
reassembly. Torque the fastener to specification.
TORQUE
Ignition Coil Bracket Fastener:
7 ft-lbs (9 Nm)
INSTALLATION

1. Mounting the ignition coil

the two fasteners . Torque to specification.
TORQUE
Ignition Coil Retaining Fastener:
6 ft-lbs (8 Nm)

2. Install the connector and ignition coil wires.
IMPORTANT
The spark plug wires are marked PTO and MAG and
should be installed in the corresponding ignition coil
post.
