IGMP snooping on the Switch is disabled even per VLAN states are enabled. When the global
state is enabled, user must enable per VLAN states to enable the IGMP Snooping on the specific
VLAN.

This command configures the process for
unknown multicast packets when the IGMP
snooping function is enabled.
drop: Drop all of the unknown multicast
packets.
flooding: Flooding the unknown multicast
packets to all ports.
