Remove the first main OLIU circuit pack from the packing material.

Place the main OLIU circuit pack into the M1 slot on the Alcatel-Lucent 1665 DMXtend
shelf. Do NOT engage the circuit pack in the backplane connector.

CAUTION
Equipment damage
The LNW38, LNW40, LNW51, and LNW601 OLIU circuit packs are equipped
with optics that do not meet GR-78 R9-3 requirements on ESD susceptibility.
Always use proper ESD procedures when handling these OLIU circuit packs to
avoid equipment damage.
The LNW141 and LNW84 require the comcode 849031372 shelf that allows
for details on how to remove them.
