Loss Limit
You are given two options for this parameter, Overall Budget Method and
Length/Loss Method.
Overall Budget Method configures a fixed loss limit value for each applicable
wavelength. If a multimode cable is selected, you will be asked to specify
overall loss budgets for 850 nm and 1300 nm wavelengths. If a singlemode
cable is selected, you will be asked to specify overall loss budgets for 1310 nm
and 1550 nm wavelengths.
Press OK or
to complete the setup. This returns you to the Fiber Autotest
Settings screen.
