Site settings
The WireScope 350 can store the site name in each test result record. This
capability helps organize test records and simplifies reporting. A characteristic
of the site setting is the format used to label test records from that site. You can
save either:
A simple cable label with only one field (i.e. "cable number")

A hierarchical cable label that contains multiple fields (i.e. "building /
floor / telecom room / panel / port number)
Select the site icon and press
settings. You can either select an existing site name if you have one already
loaded, or enter a new site name.
First, enter a site name. Press the edit icon to pop up a data entry keypad. Enter
the site name either using the telephone-style keypad or the typewriter-style
keyboard. Then press OK.
