Double Ended Calibration
Connect one Fiber SmartProbe

SmartProbe
to the DualRemote 350 test port. Connect the two probes together
with the two duplex patch cables and couplers supplied with the probes. Connect
a cable from the transmitter of each Fiber SmartProbe
other. Make sure that a coupler is connected correctly with each duplex cable.
Press Calibration on the Fiber Main Menu, and select Double Ended. Press
Next or
to continue.
The next screen, displayed above, will show both the WireScope and the
DualRemote 350. As the probes detect the signal being passed between them,
cables will be drawn to represent the connections. When there is a valid
connection, the OK button will be enabled. Press
calibration. When the calibration is complete, a status dialog will appear. Press
or OK to return to the Fiber Main Menu.
