E5080 Series Cryogen Monitor User Guide
You can configure a number of advanced settings by
connecting to the E5080 unit over a serial link. Adjustments
to these settings can be made by an Agilent engineer during
system installation. Do not change these settings during
normal operation without prior approval from Agilent.
