Synchronous-Serial Device Configuration (RVP_Direct)

This section of the manual provides the necessary information to configure the PBXgateway for
connection to a synchronous-serial device. The units are programmed at the factory with "default"
settings providing basic parameters to accommodate many network environments.
Prerequisites for Configuration
Both units must be installed properly (see the section on Installation on page 45) and the network link
between both devices must be operational.
