PE: Program Error, Alarm Type

l This command sets the alarm output mode for "Program error."
l Regardless of the setting of the PE command, the 7 segments LED and the TA command reports
the alarm state.
l The TS and ?PE command reports the current setting.
PG: Position Gain

l The TS or ?PG command reports the current setting.
l The PG/AJ starts the adjusting program.
l It is automatically adjusted when thee LO data or the SG data is changed.
