The Event Status Enable command *ESE sets bits in the Event
Status Enable register that enable the corresponding bit in the Event
Status Register ESR.
The register is cleared at power-on. The *RST and *CLS
commands do not affect the register.
The bit value for the register: 0 ≤ value ≤ 255.
