This query reads the contents of the QUEStionable:EVENt register.
Only one bit of the event register is used (whether this bit contains
information depends on the transition register configuration):.

This command sets the bits in the ENABle register that enable the
contents of the EVENt register to affect the Status Byte (STB).
Setting a bit in this register to 1 enables the corresponding bit in the
EVENt register to affect bit 3 of the Status Byte.
