Measuring the Insertion Loss

Starting the Measurement

1 Press A to activate the "Select Applications" menu.

2 Choose "Insertion Loss".
The OLA displays the Insertion Loss value almost immediately.

The value is updated automatically.

Checking the Measurement Conditions

1 If not already done, check the general instrument settings by
pressing P

2 Check the "Head" parameter on the display. If it does not show
the head to which you have connected the DUT, press
or H B respectively.
