This query returns the oldest error message in the error queue. The
error message returned is erased from the queue. To clear the error
queue, you have to issue the query repeatedly.
The response includes the error code number and the error text
string, separated by a comma, e.g. -109, "Missing parameter".
Positive error numbers are device dependent. Negative error
numbers are defined by the SCPI standard.
An error code of 0 indicates, that there are no errors in the queue.
