Location
Container Heaters
Once a year, remove the dust
accumulation inside the heater
using a vacuum cleaner or
compressed air. Cleaning should
be done while the heater is
disconnected from the supply
circuit.
Check electrical leads
Check panel fan filter and
replace/clean as necessary.
Inspect and maintain breakers,
ELECTRICAL
fuses, resets and anodes
Check motor mounting bolts
Clean dust away from electric
motor
Check PLC and control panel
functionality
All connections (hoses, hose clamps, camlocks) have to be checked
periodically (on a monthly basis) to make sure all of them are in
good condition with no leaks.
