Potential Remedies
Ensure good order of mechanical/electrical
components
Check the maximum flow and BOD
loading rate to the MBR unit to see
whether it is within the limits as per design
specification
Check the quality and contents of the flow
into the MBR unit for any abnormal or
prohibited substances
Improve the process operating conditions
of the activated sludge system (confirm
operating SRT and loading is within design
and no present of toxic compounds)
