When a sample cut is performed, the command set, step size and HP-GL origin settings will change to match the data.

Blade Length Adjustment

(1) With the plotter in Ready status, press a key from [F1] to [F4] to select the COND No. for blade length adjustment.
(2) Press the
[TEST] key to display the cutting test selection screen.

(3) Press the [F4] key (BLAD ADJ.). The tool carriage will move to the blade length adjustment position, and the display
will alternate between the following two screens.

(4) After you have fully retracted the blade tip, press the

(5) Turn the blade length adjustment knob in the clockwise direction to extend the blade tip. Press the [F4] key (CHECK)
to display the currently extended length of the blade. Adjust this amount to suit the thickness of the medium.
The blade is retracted
When the knob is given one full turn, the blade retracts or extends 0.5 mm.
