2.4.3.3 Short circuit
When configured as supervised for a short circuit, the active state is open. A
single 47K ohm resistor is required for short supervision.
Note:

When configured as supervise for both 'open' and 'short', the active state cannot
be open, therefore the active state is closed.
Two 22K ohm resistors are required for supervision.
