<Adjusting procedures of conveyor motor belt C Tension >
I. Loosen the bracket fixing bolt
II. Adjust the tension of the belt considering the interference with other parts.
III. Measure the tension using a sonic belt tension meter (manufactured by UNITTA) and adjust it
to between 16 ± 3N.

IV. After adjustment, tighten the bracket fixing bolt

II. Adjust the tension of the belt considering the interference with other parts.
III. Measure the tension using a sonic belt tension meter (manufactured by UNITTA) and adjust it
to between 45 ± 5N.

IV. After adjustment, tighten the bracket fixing bolt
Note) Belt (tension) is stretched excessively.
Note) Belt (tension) is loosened excessively.
(Noise is produced.)
