A stepping motor is used for the support table motor and center motor of the transport unit, and the
automatic PWB width adjustment motor.
To correctly perform the SSC-NET II communication, it is necessary to set driver axes.
Additionally, the driver of the support table motor needs the settings to correctly detect the rotating
direction.
