min-fragment command conforms to the hardware specifications for the MP bundle to be created and
the sub-channel LCP link to be established successfully.
Examples
# Set the minimum MP packet fragmentation size to 500 bytes.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface mp-group 1
[Sysname-MP-group1] ppp mp min-fragment 500

ppp mp mp-group

Use ppp mp mp-group to assign an interface to an MP group, enabling the interface to operate in MP
mode.
Use undo ppp mp to restore the default.

mp-number: Specifies an MP-group interface by its number.
Usage guidelines
This command should be used together with the interface mp-group command. You can create an MP
group interface and then assign an interface to the MP group; or assign an interface to an MP group and
then create the MP group.

# Assign interface Serial 2/0 to interface MP-group 1.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface serial 2/0
[Sysname-Serial2/0] ppp mp mp-group 1

ppp mp short-sequence

Use ppp mp short-sequence to trigger MP short sequence number header format negotiation. After the
negotiation succeeds, the local end receives packets with short sequence numbers.
Use undo ppp mp short-sequence to restore the default.
