assembly

Missing or damaged O-ring
Loose cylinder screws
Missing or damaged O-ring
Loose cylinder screws
Air motor piston shaft seal missing,
worn, or damaged
Missing or damaged O-rings
Loose screws holding the actuator as-
sembly to the air cylinder
SP Pump Diagnostics and Repair
Corrective Action
Remove the valve assembly and replace
the O-rings.
Inspect and repair the air piston
assembly.
Replace the O-ring.
Tighten the screws to 25 – 31 in-lbs.
Replace the O-ring.
Tighten the screws to 25 – 31 inch lbs.
Replace the air motor piston shaft seal.
Replace the O-rings.
Tighten the screws.
