In the sub-menu 'Roll-out station menu', you can change the operating mode of the roll-
out station:

In the sub-menu 'Roll-out station menu', touch the drop-down menu in the optional menu
item 'Top belt option' (long-moulding belt) to select between four settings:

Selection of 'Auto' or 'Manual'. If 'Auto' is selected, the roll-out station
starts when the first pieces of dough arrive. If 'manual' is selected, the roll-
out station runs continuously.
The top belt drive is switched off
The top belt and the bottom belt run in the same direction, but the speed
is different and adjustable.
The top belt and the bottom belt run in opposite directions, the speed is
adjustable.
The direction and speed of the top and bottom belt are the same.
