8.3.3 Roll-out station

8.3.3.1 Cleaning collecting trays


Carry out the preparations (see section "8.3.1 Preparations").
The extractable collecting trays (1) are located beneath the roll-out station:

Use a vacuum cleaner and a clean cloth to clean residual dough and flour from the
collecting trays (1).
