7.4.6.3 Setting the centering unit

The centering unit positions the dough pieces beneath the triangular knife. If the setting is
right, the cut runs through the middle of the dough pieces.

Turn the arrester lever (1) in the direction of the
arrow (2) to loosen the centering unit (3).
Press the red button (4) with your thumb to be
able to use the ratchet function of the arrester
lever (1) if necessary.
Turn the knob (1) in the direction of the arrow
(2) to increase the gap between the centering
unit and the triangular knife.
Turn the knob (1) in the direction of the arrow
(3) to reduce the gap between the centering
unit and the triangular knife.
Turn the arrester lever (1) in the direction of the
arrow (2) to secure the centering unit (3).
Press the red button (4) with your thumb to be
able to use the ratchet function of the arrester
lever (
