Description of the line
In the optional menu item 'Centring unit', you can enter the values for centring in the
proofer by touching the input boxes:

This button is password protected.

Selection of 'On' or 'Off'. Centring of the pieces of dough on the bottom belt
can be switched on or off.
The interval period under 'Up' of the centring unit can be set between 5 and
12 pulses.
The interval period under 'Down' of the centring unit can be set between 1
and 17 pulses.
Start the line
Stop the line
S button to save the inputs. Password level 7 is required for saving.
