Overlapping channel numbers
Do not provision the ISL channel numbers on both cards with the same
channel numbers. For example, do not configure Channel 10 on both cards.
The Meridian 1/CS 1000M rejects this numbering plan but the IP trunk card
does not. Therefore, it is possible to implement the incorrect card numbering,
making all channels above the first overlapping number unusable.
