Process Image

The F I/O module 750-667/000-003 occupies five data bytes in the input and
output process image in the higher-level secure PLC. The secure PROFIsafe
telegrams to send and receive are stored in input and output bytes 0 ... 4.
The process image received different data depending on whether the module is
operated in PROFIsafe V1 or PROFIsafe V2 mode.
