7.2 When a Warning Message Appears

When a warning message is shown on the screen, the product continues issuing media.
The warning message, its cause and the countermeasures are as follows:

To clear the error:
Open and close the
print head.
ONLINE: Lights Available space for
green. receive buffer is low.
STATUS: Flashes
green.
LABEL: Off
RIBBON: Off
No beep.
ONLINE: Lights Command error has been
green. detected.
STATUS: Off
LABEL: Off
RIBBON: Off
One short beep.
To clear the error:
The icon will be
cleared by receiving
the next item or
canceling the job.
Cause Countermeasure
Replace the ribbon.
Refer to
Loading the Ribbon
details.
Do not send data from the
host until the analysis of
received data is
completed.
