2.5 Power On/Off the Product

WARNING
Do not power on or off the product, connect or disconnect the power cord while your hands are wet. Doing so
could cause an electric shock.
CAUTION
• Do not power off the product during operation, such as when printing or updating. Doing so could cause a
malfunction of the product.
• Do not disconnect the power cord until the powering off process is completed on the product.
• An incorrect power on/off operation may damage the product settings. In such a case, the product settings
are reset to their default values. It is always recommended to ensure changes made to menu settings are
saved appropriately and allow the product to set to offline mode.

Press the power switch on the operator
panel to "I" position.
