To access FAX/Scanner Mode Diagnostics:
1. Turn off the power.
2. Turn on the power while holding down
the Up Arrow and Down Arrow buttons.
3. Release the buttons when "Service Mode" is displayed
and select "FAX/Scanner Diag".
