Breather Plate - Removal - Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC Service Manual

2. Position the coolant manifold to the crankcase, ensuring the locating dowels are
correctly positioned.
3. Install new fixings and tighten to 9 Nm in the sequence shown below.
4. Refit the input and output shafts.
Perform the following operations:
Crankcase - Assembly
Engine - Installation
Fuel Tank - Installation
Battery - Installation
Start the engine and ensure that the low oil pressure warning light goes out
shortly after starting.
Stop the engine and check the engine oil level. Adjust if necessary (see Engine
Oil - Level Inspection).
