Test
3 Check resistance value:
- ECM pin A01 to ECM pin A10
(injector 1)
- ECM pin A01 to ECM pin A11
(injector 2)
4 Check cable for short circuit to
ground:
- ECM pin A10 to ground
- ECM pin A11 to ground
5 Check cable continuity:
- EMS relay pin 5 to relevant
injector pin 2
- ECM pin A10 to injector 1 pin 1
- ECM pin A11 to injector 2 pin 1
6 Check cable for short circuit to
supply box:
- ECM pin A01 to ECM pin A10
(injector 1)
- ECM pin A01 to ECM pin A11
(injector 2)
7 Check relevant injector
resistance:
- Injector pin 1 to injector pin 2
8 Switch on ignition, measure
voltage at EMS relay pin 5

circuit and proceed to test 5
Short Disconnect relevant injector

Open Locate and rectify wiring fault,
circuit proceed to test 9
