Defines the start limit for the sleep function. If the value is 0.0,
set 1 sleep mode is disabled.
The sleep function compares PID output (parameter
Process PID output actual) to the value of this parameter. If
PID output remains below this value longer than the sleep
delay defined by 40.44 Set 1 sleep

Sleep start level.
Defines a delay before the sleep function actually becomes
enabled, to prevent nuisance sleeping.
The delay timer starts when the sleep mode is enabled by
parameter 40.43 Set 1 sleep
