Turn the Entire Display On/Off
:DISPlay:ENABle OFF|ON|0|1
:DISPlay:ENABle?
Turns the display on or off. Having the display turned off may
increase repetitive measurement rate.

Specifies the frequency offset for all frequency readouts such as
