Teach the manipulator operation position
Register the base position (fixed side) by
Register the base position (movable side) by
dry spot movable side tip detecting motion
Read the position by dry spot touch motion.
Read the position by movable side tip detecting motion.
Calculate the wear amount for movable and fixed side tips.
When the wear amount is
less than the allowable value.
Outputting a tip replacement request signal
