DIAGNOSTICS FOR ENGINE STARTING FAILURE

10 CHECK INPUT VOLTAGE OF ECM.
1) Connect main relay connector.
2) Turn ignition switch to ON.
3) Measure voltage between ECM connector
and chassis ground.
