LeeBoy Model 695 Motor Grader
Used to regulate and set engine speed (RPM). Push forward to increase
RPM's. Pull backwards to reduce RPM's.
Used for forward and reverse movement of motor grader. Move lever
forward from NEUTRAL (N) position to move motor grader forward.
Move lever backward from NEUTRAL (N) position to move motor grader
backwards.
Move lever further away from NEUTRAL (N) position to increase ground
speed. Move lever closer to NEUTRAL (N) position to decrease ground
speed.
NOTE: Engage lever in NEUTRAL (N) position before starting and
when stopping motor grader. Be sure lever is engaged in
NEUTRAL (N) position before leaving motor grader. Do not
leave motor grader while the engine is running.
Quickly moving the lever from forward to reverse
causes the motor grader to move immediately in the opposite
direction. Always be sure that the work area is safe in all
directions before moving the lever.
Used when changing gears in the two-speed transfer case for HIGH (H) or
LOW (L) range gearing. The central position is NEUTRAL (N). Push lever
forward for HIGH gear. Pull lever back for LOW gear. Lever must be in either
HIGH or LOW at all times.
Change transfer case gears only with the motor grader
stopped on level ground.
Install the articulation lock pin before selecting the
transfer gear case lever HIGH position for traveling on the
highway.
