Flashes to indicate that right turn signal is on. Light also flashes, together with left
turn signal indicator, when hazard flasher switch is activated.
Displays engine speed in revolutions-per-minute. (RPM)
Displays the engine alternator's number of hours of operation. Also used to
determine service needs of motor grader.
Displays engine oil pressure. Immediately after starting engine, gauge should rise
to a high reading, then stabilize at a pressure above 10 PSI (69 kPa) with engine
idling (1000 RPM).
If the pressure is below 10PSI, shut off engine. DO NOT RUN.
Displays level of fuel in fuel tank.
Displays engine coolant temperature. After engine has reached normal operating
temperature, gauge should read between 160°F (71°C) and 212°F (100°C).
If the engine coolant reading remains above 212°F (100°C)
or below 212°F (100°C), it may indicate a cooling system problem.
Report the problem and have it repaired by a qualified service
technician.
Displays the condition of battery charging system. Immediately after starting
engine, gauge should read 14 Volts. Gauge should maintain a reading of 14 Volts
during operation.
Do not operate grader if voltmeter gauge does not read
14 Volts. This could indicate an electrical problem. Report the
problem and have it repaired by a qualified service technician.
Horn sounds when pressed.
Directional Indicator
Pull turn signal switch lever UP to activate right-hand turn signal. Push turn signal
switch lever DOWN to activate left-hand turn signal.
High Beam
Pull lever back to change headlights from low beam to high beam and back. A
blue light illuminates in display panel to indicate high beam.
Horn
Push in end of lever to sound horn.
Push top of switch to turn on 4-way flashers. Push bottom of switch to turn off
4-way flashers.
NOTE: When the 4-way flashers are activated, the turn signal lights on the
steering console and the red indicator light on switch will flash.
Controls right and left steering function of the front wheels.
