50 Hour or Weekly Routine
Maintenance
1.
Lubricate the following parts (see Table 5-1).
a. Front Scarifier Pivot Pins And Hyd. Cylinders
(Optional Assembly)
b. Front Axle Pivot Pins And Hyd. Cylinder
c. Front Wheel Lean Cylinder
d. Front Axle Stabilizer Bar
e. Blade Lift Trunnions
f.
Moldboard Slide
g. Circle Shift Cylinders/Links
h. Articulation Joints
i.
Tilt Cylinder
j.
Articulation Cylinders
k. Circle Wear Plate
l.
Circle Turn Cylinders
m. Steering Cylinder
n. Front Axle King Pins
o. 7/8 Ft. Front Blade/4 Shank Scarifier Pivot Pins
And Hyd. Cylinders (Optional Assembly)
2. Check all battery connections and remove any
corrosion that is present (see Cleaning and
Tightening Battery Terminal Connections/
Terminals on page 5-14).
3. Perform 50-hour or weekly preventative engine
maintenance as described in the engine operator's
manual.

100 Hour or Monthly Routine
Maintenance
4. Check air filters. Clean or replace as required (see
Replacing Engine Air Filter Elements on page
5-21).
5. Check transfer case oil level and fill as required (see
Checking Transfer Case Oil Level on page 5-22).
6. Lubricate the following parts (see Table 5-1).
a. Door Handles, Cab

Perform 100-hour or monthly preventative engine
maintenance as described in the engine operator's
manual.
250 Hour or Quarterly Routine
Maintenance
Do not smoke when observing battery
electrolyte level. The fumes can explode.
Electrolyte is an acid that can burn if it
contacts skin or eyes. If contact is made,
flush area immediately with water.
1.
Check battery electrolyte level. Check battery
terminals for corrosion. Perform battery
maintenance as required (see Cleaning and
Tightening Battery Terminal Connections/
Terminals on page 5-14).
2. Change engine oil and replace oil filter (see
Changing the Engine Oil and Replacing Filter
on page 5-19). To assure complete removal of
contaminants in the oil, perform the oil change while
engine is warm.
3. Replace engine air filters (see Replacing Engine
Air Filter Elements on page 5-21).
4. Lubricate the following parts (see Table 5-1).
a. Front Wheel Hub Bearings
b. Transfer Case Shift Linkage Pivot
5. Check rear drive housing oil level and fill as required
(see Checking Rear Axle Oil Level on page 5-30).
6. Perform 250-hour preventative engine maintenance
as described in the engine operator's manual.
