5. Turn ignition switch key (Figure 3-3)
counterclockwise to the OFF position.
6. Block rear wheels.
7.
Use chalk to mark the center of the front tire tread of
the front left and right tires.
8. Measure distance (A) between marks on the front of
tires.
9. Use a jack to raise front wheels slightly.
10. Rotate wheels 180° so that the markings are now

visible towards the rear of the grader.
11. Lower grader so that wheels rest on ground.
12. Measure the distance (B) between marks on rear of
tires.
13. The difference between the measurements should
be 1/8 inch (3.2 mm):
14. If the difference is more or less than 1/8 inch (3.2
mm):
