Codabar

Usage: Used in photo-finishing and library applications. Used in some medical
applications at one time, but not typically used in newer applications.
Definition: Codabar is a 16-character set (0 through 9, and the characters $, :, /, ., +,
and –) with start/stop codes and at least two distinctly different bar widths.
