+CSMP, Set Text Mode Parameters

This command is a basic command and is used to select values for additional parameters needed
when SM is sent to the network or placed in storage when TEXT mode is selected.

The Test command for +CSCA is not
defined by ETSI, and therefore is not
supported by the G24-L. The G24-L
returns an error.
