Use display process cpu to display CPU usage for all processes.
Syntax
In standalone mode:
display process cpu [ slot slot-number [ cpu cpu-number ] ]
In IRF mode:
display process cpu [ chassis chassis-number slot slot-number [ cpu cpu-number ] ]

Parameters
slot slot-number: Specifies a card by its slot number. If you do not specify this option, the command
displays CPU usage for all processes on the active MPU. (In standalone mode.)
chassis chassis-number slot slot-number: Specifies a card on an IRF member device. If you do not
specify this option, the command displays CPU usage for all processes on the global active MPU. (In
IRF mode.)
cpu cpu-number: Specifies a CPU by its number.
Examples
# Display CPU usage for all processes.

Description
CPU usage in percentage (%).
Memory usage in percentage (%).
State of a process:
•
R—Running.
•
S—Sleeping.
•
T—Traced or stopped.
•
D—Uninterruptible sleep.
•
Z—Zombie.
Priority of a process for scheduling.
TTY used by a process. It displays a hyphen (-) for non-default MDCs.
Running time since the latest start.
Name and parameters of a process. If square brackets ([ ]) exist in a process name,
the process is a kernel thread.
