In SNMP version 3, exchanging messages is user-related. Each device, that knows
the passwords set via WBM, may read or write values from the fieldbus
coupler/-controller.
In SNMP V3, user data from SNMP messages can also be transmitted in encoded
form. This is why SNMP V3 is often used in safety-related networks.
