The main PCB (MPCB) consists of two CPU (IC18, IC32), RAM (IC17, IC1), EPROM
(IC21, IC22), and I/O control LSI (IC16, IC27).
Main operation is controlled by the CPU (IC32) directly or via the I/O control LSI
according to the control program in EPROM.
The CPU (IC18) is connected with the CPU (IC32), the serial circuit and the parallel
circuit, controls the scanner system by timing signal from the CPU (IC32).
RAM (IC1) on the backup PCB (BUPCB) is backuped by the battery for the backup after
power turns off, the setting is stored.
Main PCB (MPCB) has the reset circuit that emits a reset signal to the CPU and each I/
O control LSI at power on, sudden voltage drops or if the CPU behaves abnormally.
