( 1 ) Detaching and refitting the fixing heater

Check or replace the fixing heater as follows.
Procedure
1. Open the front cover.
2. Loosen the pin holding the fixing unit and take the fixing unit out of the machine.

3. Remove the two pins and upper fixing cover.
4. Remove the two screws and front fixing cover.
