2-2-1 Paper misfeed detection

When a paper misfeed occurs, LED of the paper misfeed on the operation section
blinks, and at the same time paper misfeed location display lights to indicate paper
misfeed location.
To remove paper misfeed in the copier, open the front cover, the right cover, or the
cassette, depending on the location indicated.
To remove paper misfeed in the switchback/duplex sections (optional), open the eject
cover or draw out the duplex unit.
When paper misfeed in the special tray (optional), open the right cover or draw out the
cassette.
To reset the paper misfeed detection, open and close the front, right or eject cover to
turn safety switch 1,2 or 3 off and on.
When paper misfeed in the special tray, open and close the right cover to turn the cover
open detection switch off and on.
The misfeed indicator turns off and the number of copies produced so far is corrected.
