4. Attach the new scanner wire to the scanner wire drum. Perform the following
procedure 1 - 4.
* When attaching, be careful that the front and rear side of the scanner wire is
different.
Be sure to use the wire of the silver to the machine front and that of the black to the
machine rear.
1 Holding the wire with the round terminal at the end of the scanner to the left side
of the machine, insert the ball at the center of the scanner wire into the hole in
the scanner wire drum.
