COOLING SYSTEM
RADIATOR CAP/SYSTEM PRESSURE
INSPECTION
Remove the radiator
cap (page
6~5).
Wer the sealing
Install the radiator
cap on
the tester.
surface wIth
waler.
Pressure test the
radiator
cap.
Replace the radiator
cap if it
does nol hold
pressure. or
if
the relief
pressure
is too high
or
100 low.
I! must
hold
the
specified pressure
for
at least 6
seconds.

Pressurize the radiator,
engine
and hoses,
and check
for
leaks.

for

COOLANT REPLACEMENT

of coolant
decreases
with

Therefore,

best
performance,
change
the
coolant
regularly as
