Gearshift Linkage Removal - Honda 2010 CRF250R Service Manual

CLUTCH/KICKSTARTER/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE
Hook the return spring end into the hole in the
crankcase.
Apply molybdenum oil solution to the starter idle gear
[:::;~I![=!ii~[:1~~3~~
inner surface , bushing and countershaft sliding
surface.
Install the bushing and starter idle gear onto the
counlershaft.
Inslallthe clutch (page 10-12).
Install the right crankcase cover (page 10-6).

REMOVAL
Remove the right crankcase cover (page 10-5).
Remove the clutch (page 10-7).
When removing the

from the crankcase.
